1. 30-Day Return Window
We gladly accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. If 30 days have passed since your tracking showed as delivered, we unfortunately cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
2. Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it:

Unused, unaltered, and free of any damage or signs of wear.

Returned in its original packaging with all tags attached.
A Note on Handcrafted Items: Many of our products are handcrafted by skilled artisans using natural materials (such as water hyacinth, corn husk, or natural woods). Because of this, slight variations in color, weave, texture, and size are a normal part of the handmade process and add to the unique character of your piece. These natural variations are not considered manufacturing defects.
3. Return Shipping Costs

Customer Preference Returns: If you are returning an item because you changed your mind, it didn't fit your space, or you ordered the wrong item, you will be responsible for paying your own return shipping costs.

Original Shipping: Original shipping charges paid at checkout are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of original shipping will be deducted from your refund amount.

We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee we will receive your returned item.
4. How to Initiate a Return
Please do not send your purchase back to the sender address on your package without contacting us first.

Once approved, we will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and our US return facility address.

Securely pack the items and ship them back to us within 7 days of receiving the RMA.
5. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected at our warehouse, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days. (Note: Depending on your bank, it may take additional time for the funds to officially post to your account).
6. Damaged or Defective Items
We carefully inspect all shipments, but transit damage occasionally happens. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or if you received the incorrect item, please contact us at [Insert Email Address] within 48 hours of delivery.

7. Non-Returnable Items
